Grown by a Family. Run by a Team Who Owns the Outcome.
We started Bellevue Family Farms because we believed premium almonds deserved a grower who could stand behind every step, not just the harvest.
BFF is a family-owned Australian almond producer, built to do things differently. Rather than pooling our harvest into a shared system where individual orchards and origin disappear into the average, we chose to manage the whole journey ourselves from orchard through to customer, so the quality, safety and traceability stay in our hands the whole way through.
That decision shapes everything else about how we operate. It means investing in sustainable farming and responsible water management for the long term, not just the next harvest. It means building a team with the skills, responsibility and authority to make good decisions on the ground, rather than waiting on instructions from a distant office. And it means every customer we supply, whether a global export partner or a local food manufacturer, can trace their almonds back to a real orchard, managed by a real team, not a pooled average.
A culture of ownership
We deliberately build a team culture around ownership, accountability and continuous improvement. The people managing our orchards and our customer relationships are given the authority to make decisions and the responsibility to see them through, because premium quality isn't something you can enforce from the top down. It's something a team has to care about.
Where we're headed
We're building a clear pathway to market, in partnership with Origin AG, so that our customers get both the quality of a small, hands-on grower and the reliability of an established route to market.
